Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping/delivery options?

We offer Standard shipping across Canada. Our products are made to order and shipped by our Canadian third-party fulfillment partner on our behalf.

Free shipping

We offer free Standard (Canada-wide) shipping on orders with a subtotal of $99 CAD or more (after any discounts, before tax and shipping). Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping rate of $10.95 CAD.

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

  • Orders under $99 CAD: $10.95 CAD
  • Orders $99 CAD and over: Free

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Production time. Apparel is made to order by our Canadian fulfillment partner and typically takes 1–3 business days to produce before it ships.

Delivery time. Once shipped, standard delivery is approximately 1–5 business days depending on your region within Canada. Combined, most orders arrive within roughly 2–8 business days of being placed.

Tracking. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered orders. If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, contact us through our Contact page and we'll investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner. If we do not deliver your order within 30 days of the date you placed it, you may cancel the order and receive a refund, except where the delay is attributable to you (for example, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address). Where a refund is due following cancellation, we will issue it within 15 days.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

MetalThreads ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to addresses outside Canada, including post-office boxes in the United States or addresses in U.S. territories. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address you provide is located within Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Orders may occasionally be delayed by factors within or outside our control, including production volume, carrier delays, weather, or other events. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into it. The cancellation and refund rights described above continue to apply if your order is not delivered within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Accurate shipping information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. We cannot guarantee that returned-to-sender packages can be recovered.
